2. Autism Centers: Many RBTs are employed in centers and clinics specializing in providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
3. Clinics and Therapy Centers: RBTs may work in clinics and therapy centers that offer behavior therapy and other related services to children and adults.
4. Home-Based Services: Some RBTs provide therapy in clients' homes, delivering individualized support in a familiar environment.
5. Residential Treatment Facilities: RBTs may work in facilities that provide 24-hour care for individuals with severe behavioral or developmental issues.
6. Community Settings: RBTs can work in community settings, assisting individuals with social and behavioral skills in real-world situations.
7. Hospitals: In certain cases, RBTs may be part of the healthcare team in hospitals, particularly in psychiatric units or pediatric departments.
8. Private Practice: Some RBTs work in private practice alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavior therapy services.
